Pubblichiamo un interessante intervento di Ernesto Sirolli sulla sostenibilità e gli aiuti umanitari. Sirolli è certamente un “non allineato”. Le sue critiche al modo di gestire gli aiuti umanitari sono pesanti ma spesso centrate. Parte dalla considerazione che quando molti volontari sentono di un problema che possono risolvere, si mettono al lavoro carichi di entusiasmo e di buone intenzioni. Ma non è sufficiente.

E’ questo, secondo Sirolli è un comportamento da ingenui. Il video che pubblichiamo contiene un suo discorso appassionato e divertente, nel quale suggerisce che il primo passo è ascoltare le persone che si cerca di aiutare per cercare di accendere il loro spirito imprenditoriale. Ernesto Sirolli is a noted authority in the field of sustainable economic development and is the Founder of the Sirolli Institute, an international non-profit organization that teaches community leaders how to establish and maintain Enterprise Facilitation projects in their community. The Institute is now training communities in the USA, Canada, Australia, England and Scotland.
